Sullivan and her partner, Josh Evert (Silver City Studios), filmed the music video for “Dog” in the burnt-out shell of her Cincinnati home.

Say Less EP - Out Now

Mol Sullivan's new EP, Say Less, bridges the gap between the pastel-colored production of her earlier work and the pop clarity of her forthcoming LP, MOLLY. The five songs straddle Americana, pop and indie fault lines, with "Nine or Twenty" as the quintessential example of the twangy indie-rock sound she's become known for.

Sullivan planned to release the EP in fall 2025, following her single "Dog." A house fire on the day of her mother's funeral claimed the life of her partner's dog and set the project back. A year later, Sullivan has returned to the EP and is setting it to sail as a prelude to the new record.

MOLLY LP - SPRING 2027

MOLLY is the name Mol Sullivan was given, and the record she made to carry it again.

For years she has gone by Mol, a name she stepped into and grew inside. It was never meant as a way out. MOLLY is what it sounds like to look back from that growth and recognize the girl from Cincinnati as someone worth honoring, along with the people and places that made her. Mol let the music she grew up on rise to the surface: ’90s singer-songwriter candor, early-aughts indie grit, and choruses built to be sung back. They’re pop songs that let a hook lead you on a journey rather than insist on itself. Romantic, biting, warm, charming: an invitation to witness multitudes.
